These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Sayangbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at sayangbet.cam

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any applicable supplemental policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an active account on the Sayangbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Sayangbet enforces a strict21+ minimum age requirement. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single account: You may hold only one active registered account on the Sayangbet Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
4. Personal use: Your account must be registered for your own personal use only. You may not operate an account on behalf of a third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
5. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any current self-exclusion order applied through Sayangbet or any other recognised responsible gambling programme.
6. Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, national identification number, address, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and current.

Account registration requires the provision of a valid username, password, email address, and personal identification details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

• You must select a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Sayangbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Sayangbet customer support immediately via live chat or email.
• Sayangbet will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel. Any request purporting to be from Sayangbet asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including your email address and Malaysian mobile number — current and accurate at all times.

Sayangbet accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, remains your responsibility until you notify us of any unauthorised access.

Sayangbet supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate convenient and secure deposits. Accepted deposit channels include:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent) for standard payment methods. Deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into your Sayangbet account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Sayangbet reserves the right to request verification of the ownership of any payment method used.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary — e-wallets and DuitNow are typically instant, while FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes. In rare circumstances, delays may occur due to technical issues at the payment provider's end, for which Sayangbet accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and requirements:

1. KYC completion: All Users must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC or passport) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
2. Wagering requirements: Winings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winings being forfeited.
3. Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Withdrawal method: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.
5. Processing time: Standard e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes.
6. No fees: Sayangbet does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal requests. Network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals may be deducted from the withdrawal amount at the applicable network rate.

Sayangbet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount exceeds standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been flaged. Such checks may extend processing times.

Sayangbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in individual offer communications:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players subject to self-exclusion, account restrictions, or who have a history of bonus abuse are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the stated validity period, failing which the bonus and any derived winnings will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds and real-money balance are tracked separately. Real-money balance is used in bets before bonus funds unless otherwise specified individual offer terms.
• Maximum bet amounts may apply when playing with active bonus funds. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is RM50per round/spin unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may be restricted to certain game categories. The eligible games for each offer are specified in the individual offer terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count towards the rollover requirement.
• Sayangbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already active and being legitimately played through at the time of any such change.

All bets placed on the Sayangbet Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific rules for individual game types (slots, live dealer, sports betting, crash games, etc.) are governed by the rules published by the relevant licensed game provider.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.
• For sports betting markets, Sayangbet reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, force majeure, or events abandoned before the specified settlement time.
• Obvious errors in odds or pricing (including mis-priced markets) may be corrected by Sayangbet, and any bets placed on demonstrably eroneous odds may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
• All live dealer games are conducted by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are final as determined by the live dealer or automated game system. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be raised with the game provider's support function.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain games and betting markets. These limits are specified within individual game rules and are updated periodically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sayangbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

1. Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility in any way.
2. Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Use of automated tools: Using bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any script designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
5. Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to concealing, converting, or transfering funds derived from criminal activity. Sayangbet is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to applicable authorities.
6. Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling, particularly where such activity is combined with bonus use.
7. Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

• Loss limits: Users may set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session time reminders: Users may configure automated notifications reminding them of the duration of their current session.
• Self-exclusion: Users may apply for a temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and no new account may be registered.

Sayangbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months.
• At the User's own request, including pursuant to a self-exclusion request.
• Where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., inactivity or voluntary closure), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sayangbet's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Sayangbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, however caused, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Sayangbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Sayangbet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for temporary outages, maintenance periods, or service interruptions caused by factors within or outside its control. During any period of downtime, open bets will be settled in accordance with available data upon restoration of service.

All content on the Sayangbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of Sayangbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written consent from Sayangbet.

Your use of the Sayangbet Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data and sets out your rights in relation to that data.

Sayangbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which Sayangbet holds its operating licence.
